Walking is the best and simple exercise. Burning fat every day helps us to be healthy. Morning walk doesn't
need any equipment and people who is diabetic needs lot of walk to
control glucose level in blood. But everyday walk in morning is not that
easy and people who are lazy will ignore walking. But resting the body
too much by sitting daily by watching television and having snacks
beside and increasing more cholesterol in the body by postponing
exercise daily making you more lazy. This is leads you to new medical
problem. More the cholesterol and more the problem.

How to get start walking ?
step 1: Firstly, walk slowly for five minutes and body will get ready for exercise. Nerves and joints will get free.
step 2: Secondly, After walking slowly for 5 minutes, start increasing the speed of walking and but maintain the breathing and heart pulse rate and don't go over board.
step 3: After speed walking don't go suddenly to rest immediately, reduce the speed gradually and come back slowly walking for 5 minute again back and stop.
Doing this daily and increase time of walking helps to develop health of the body.

- (21-45 minutes) A sense of new energy and excitement fill into body. Endorphins will release in the brain and makes you feel relief and give positive sense. As calories are burning, insulin level will also improves. Calories will be burning even after stop walk for one hour.
